Tariffs

All rates include individually catered breakfast provisions and daily room cleaning.

Master Bedroom:  Single:  $160.00 AUS per night.  Double:  $170.00 AUS per night.  Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $20.00 per night.

King/Twin Bedroom:  Single (in a Single Bed or King Bed):  $150.00 AUS per night.  Two People in Twin Beds or King Bed:  $160.00 AUS per night.  Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $20.00 AUS per night. 

Special Family Rate:  Utilise both the Master and King/Twin bedrooms and bathrooms as well as exclusive use of the guest lounge dining:  $300.00 AUS per night.  Additional Single (in trundle bed):  Add $20.00 per night.

Garden Bedroom:  Single $150.00 AUS per night. Double: $160.00 AUS per night. This room will only be provided with breakfast provisions on the first night, and it has a 2 NIGHT MINIMUM and no daily room cleaning because it has a dishwasher (but we do provided half weekly room cleaning and linen change for long staying guests).

If you do not require daily breakfast and room cleaning in the Master or King/Twin bedrooms, please call Sarah to ask for a special discounted rate. 

Payment:  We accept Cash, Master Card and Visa. Cheques only by pre-arrangement. Payment is required weekly for long stays.  NO BOOKING FEES if payments are made directly by phone or email with Sarah Rossetti (Proprietor of Above Bored Bed and Breakfast).

Bookings Conditions

Payment: Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of a payment. Most people elect to pay for their entire stay at the time of booking, as they do when booking on internet booking sites. This is preferred, however, a first night booking deposit is acceptable, if required.

Cancellation: Deposits can only be refunded if cancellation is made a minimum of 7 days prior to commencement of your stay.

15 December to 15 January: Full payment or 3 nights accommodation (whichever is less) is required in advance. There is a no refund policy during this busy period.
