Above Bored is a boutique B&B, full of art and atmosphere.

The entire front of house is at your disposal to make you feel right at home, from the stained glass front door entry with your personal choice of combination lock, to your private lounge and bedroom/s.

Your air-conditioned wing is tastefully furnished, in keeping with the classy cottage ambience of this Federation home.

The front courtyard with outside furniture is available for your use, and an ashtray is also provided in this area.

Parking facilities

Ours is a very quiet street. Off street parking for the Master and King/Twin Bedrooms is available for your car on the paved verge near the front door keyless entry.

The Garden Room comes with it's own remote controlled garage.

Amenities at Your Disposal

The Garden Bedroom faces the back garden with gas BBQ, hammock and fish pond for all to enjoy. The outdoor setting is for the exclusive use of the Garden Room as Guests from the front of house have their own outdoor settings.
